Is your “BS2 Model Perfect Version” same as one used in the movie “BS2”? Is the one used in that movie of Houston brand? Our “BS2 Model Perfect Version” is the item “Houston-brand M-51 Parka,” and it is an imitation copied as closely as possible to the original one used in the movie. Therefore, the coat used in the movie BS2 is not a Houston-brand M-51 Parka. Officially commercialized coat and BS2 Model Perfect Version, are they both tailored by JEANS CENTER UNION? What’s a difference between them? No; first of all, they are handled by the different distributors. Secondly, the official coat is made of a different cloth material from that of the coat in the movie. We did like to re-create it, giving a more realistic look to an imitation. That’s why we have released BS2 Model Perfect Version under Houston brand this time. Ours is different from official one mainly in the following three points; - Ours is made of cotton twill as the coat in the movie is. - Draw coat is made of usual cotton. - We have prepared 4 sizes of XXS, XS, S and M to offer. The coat in the movie doesn’t have a liner cloth. How about yours? Our BS2 Model Perfect Version has a liner cloth. Without the liner cloth, it looks almost exactly same as the coat in the movie, so no problem. Looking carefully at a cuff of the coat in the movie, rib knit is seen inside the cuff though this coat doesn’t have a liner cloth. In case of Houston-brand M-51 series, a liner cloth is rimmed with rib knit, therefore without a liner cloth, rib knits cannot be seen. How about your BS2 Model Perfect Version? We have amended it so that rib knits are fixed on a coat, so, without a liner cloth, it looks as it’s in the movie! As many customers have requested, rubber band around a cuff has been improved so that the white rubber band cannot be seen when sleeves are pulled up. The coat looks slightly too short in the movie. Can your BS2 Model Perfect Version be made shorter like that? It is designed a little bit shorter, compared to our conventional Houston-brand M-51 Parka such as “Second Edition of ’97 Model Perfect Re-make Version.” Please see “sizes and photos” for details. Don’t you distribute BS2 Model Perfect Version broadly to retailing shops? BS2 Model Perfect Version is on sale only at this website. We don’t distribute it among retailers. Will you finish selling BS2 Model Perfect Version when it’s sold out? Or will you continue to sell after that? We don’t plan to sell BS2 Model Perfect Version and other original M-51 Parka series of so-called “limited version” when the current stock is sold out. As far as the standard item of Houston-brand M-51 Parka series marketed through distributors’ channels is concerned, it will be produced every year, and therefore, available for sale at this website next winter, too. I don’t know how to take care of my M-51 Parka. May I wash it home? Basically speaking, we recommend you should bring it to your laundry for dry cleaning in accordance with the washing tag. Though there are certain types of washing machine and detergent available for domestic dry cleaning use, it finishes naturally different from dry cleaning by laundry. If you dry clean it by yourself home, we recommend you to read the instructions carefully before start washing. Is it possible to return or exchange an item after purchasing?
